Jayna - Switchy Witch

Jayna, a.k.a. Switchy Witch is a multifaceted ethereal being, recognized as a dancer, rope artist, and the creator of The Rope Coven. With a lifelong dedication to dance, she embarked on her pole dancing journey in 2018, expanding her repertoire to include the captivating art of rope bondage in 2021, becoming an integral part of her artistic expression.

Since then, she has been immersed in teaching workshops, hosting kink events, captivating audiences with her performances, and providing exclusive private sessions and lessons in rope. Switchy Witch has become a revered figure in the kink community.

Jayna is committed to helping people explore the world of kink and rope bondage in a way that is not hyper sexual or extreme, but rather sensual, creative and playful. Kink and rope bondage can be powerful tools for embodiment and self discovery, tapping into our deepest desires, and gaining the power to speak them into the world. In her work, she aims to support those who know the potential that lies in these dark arts and help them to facilitate their own powerful experiences, like she has for herself.

Sydney - Queen Daddy

Sydney, aka Queen Daddy, is a Queer Latinx Sex and Relationship Coach, and the founder of In Our Nature. Their journey into the field of sensuality was ignited by an incredible need for more LGBTQIA+ representation among sex educators. Drawing from their experience as a professional dancer and degree in psychology from California State University San Marcos; they have been dedicated to dismantling sexual taboos and eradicating pervasive sexual shame in their communities. Sydney has immersed themselves in diverse sexuality programs and apprenticed under various mentors, spanning the full spectrum of sex education; from sex therapists to professional dominatrixes Sydney has made it a priority to learn about sexuality in all its forms. They worked as an educational therapist for nearly 10 years, directly teaching families how to cultivate healthy communication. With nearly a decade of experience in this field they founded In Our Nature in 2021. Sydney now teaches groups and works with 1:1 clients extensively. They are an in house facilitator at The Rope Collective, teach at House of Black San Diego, and have taught at various festivals including; Joshua Tree Music Festival, SheFest San Diego, Desert Hearts, Karnival of the Arts, and Duck Duck Roar.

Your desires, pleasure, voice is all a part of your nature, and they are here to help you in reconnecting with your confident sensual self. In Our Nature Sex and Relationship Coaching was founded by Sydney Aldana in 2021 with a mission to help people reconnect with the raw sexual power and knowledge they were born with. Queer and Non-binary-led, this practice embraces the many facets of sexuality, creating space for exploration, healing, and self-discovery.

Rooted in breathwork, kink, and somatic practices, In Our Nature is designed to bring people back into their bodies, unlocking intuitive wisdom. This practice offers a supportive space to process trauma and shame tied to sexual experiences, challenging the societal messages that tell us our desires are either too much or not enough.   • May 8th to the 11th 2025 in San Diego, California! The Venue is about 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the beach

  • No, you are not required to bring a partner for this retreat, however we will be doing some activities that will require you to pair up with someone. Additionally, the rooms have a discounted rate if you wish to attend with a friend or partner, so while it is not required, we do recommend bringing someone along!

  • We encourage you to bring an open heart and a clear mind! As far as items, of course bring a refillable water bottle, your clothes for the weekend, maybe a bathing suit if you want to hit the beach, and a journal! You are welcome to bring any other items that you feel may support you on this journey. The venue provides bath towels and beach towels. There is also laundry on site. There is plenty of parking if you wish to rent a vehicle or drive here! We just ask that you please do not bring any alcohol or other substances to this retreat.

  • Arrival is between 4-5pm on Thursday May 8th. We will be doing our opening ceremony at 6pm so PLEASE make sure you arrive in time to participate. After the opening ceremony we will have dinner together. Friday and Saturday will be full of workshops, good food an activities. We will be leaving Saturday afternoon unscheduled for the purpose of you either exploring San Diego, going to the beach, or just hanging out and enjoying the venue. Sunday morning we will wake up early so we can have our last breakfast together and closing circle. Check out is at 11am.

  • For this Retreat, we are looking to curate a very intentional small group of people to go through all of these experiences together as a group. For this reason, we will only be selling tickets that include a stay in the venue, rather than selling lower priced day passes.

  • There will be absolutely no refunds under any circumstances, however if you cannot make it after you have booked, we will allow you to transfer it to someone else who you find to replace you.

    We have one payment plan option which is half at the time of booking and the other half due May 1st, however there will be $100 added on to the total if you choose this option ($50 per payment).

  • No! This retreat does not require that you have any prior experience to attend. It is open to all levels, so even if you are experienced in kink, you will still gain a lot from this experience.
